Thomson Roddick Callan

Jewellery

Here at the jewellery department we are busy researching and cataloguing for our upcoming auctions, providing insurance and other types of valuations for jewellery collections throughout Scotland and the North of England and assisting clients with identifying unknown items held in their own personal collections.

If you have a collection or item of jewellery that you wish to learn more about, have identified and valued or professionally catalogued and presented for auction then contact our specialist to receive free no obligation professional advice.

The jewellery auctions are held fifteen times a year at our Edinburgh, Dumfries and Carlisle auction rooms and broadcast worldwide online to an international market. The department record for a single item is the £13,400 hammer price achieved in December 2017 for an antique diamond brooch pendant with central 3ct stone. Other stand out results include:

£5,000 for a diamond and pearl set tiara in September 2019;
£5,000 for a diamond two-stone crossover ring in August 2012;
£4,100 for a diamond solitaire ring in 30th July 2015;
