House Clearance 

We conduct full and partial house clearances across Scotland and the North of England. 

Our valuer will conduct a visit and search of the property to identify items of value that are suitable for inclusion within our auctions, this is where we differ from most specialist house clearance businesses. In some cases these items realise more than the cost incurred in conducting the clearance and instead of paying a firm to dispose of everything, there is no bill to pay and a final cheque payment is received. 

We work with a wealth of carriers across our auction branches to conduct the house clearances. They work to maximise the amount of goods that can be donated to charities with the remainder being recycled at local recycling centres.
