Porcelain & Pottery. To include the important collection of NEW HALL PORCELAIN formed by ROGER POMFRET. Spanning lots 1 to 69, the collection is wide ranging and particularly reflects the early and mid-years of the output of this pottery and the production of comparable products by its competitors. There is still much to be learned but Roger Pomfret`s researches and learned articles, mainly in the publications of the Northern Ceramic Society have contributed greatly to our knowledge.
The sale continues with a further selection of 18th & 19th century ceramics. The ceramics may be viewed at any time by prior appointment.
