Impressive diamond encrusted brooch, central 1.5 carat stone surrounded by six 0.20 stones interspersed by six smaller stones surrounded by six 0.5 carat stones interspersed by smaller diamonds set on unmarked white metal with pearl drop, 3cm x 2.5cm excluding drop, with a pair of diamond and pearl drop earrings with fitted wine leather case.
To transform into a pendant the brooch can be rotated 90 degrees, the pearl drop detached and moved to the new bottom and the brooch fitting unscrewed.
